unfocused, difuse rage

sienamysticHappy about the day off tomorrow, but I'm not actually happy. Actually, at the moment I'm suffused with an unfocused rage. It would be self-destructive if, well, I were a self-destructive type, but all that's happening right now is a lot of surly staring at things. I want to be somewhere else, doing something else, alone. I want to be out from inside my own skin.
If only I could do something useful with all this energy, even if it's negative.
