Went over to co-worker's back yard and carved four pumpkins, ate her turkey veggie chili, and had my Nutella tarts (which could use a bit of work). Brought the pumpkin seeds home and have roasted them with salt and garlic - v. tasty.
No children will call tonight, since we're in an apartment building, so that saves us from buying candy, which is good because then there's no temptation.

Date: 2010-11-02 03:01 am (UTC)Take a salted foccaccia loaf (pizza bianca style), cut in in half lengthwise, so you expose the interior. Crisp it up a bit in the oven, spread nutella on top. Nutella pizza! Delicious with the salty-sweet thing. Mmm...
Have you tried blind baking the dough with pie weights, then adding the nutella into the cooked shell? There's no real reason nutella needs to bake, no?
