Last of the monthly visits to the doctor - back in three months, now. Doctor happy with my progress. I, however, am feeling stressed out and squirrely and anxious about everything and nothing. Doctor asked if I needed anything to help, and I declined, but will remember the offer in case I start feeling like I can't cope. But I'd rather not add another adjustment on top of the ones I'm already trying to make.

Next week I'm off to Miami. Here's hoping the trip can be a bit relaxing instead of more stress. Lawyers and copyright by day, and, I think, lots of sitting on the beach staring out into the ocean with an empty brain by evening.
