Love it! And I hope you are hopped up on Nutella crepes (OMG, do they sound good) and in a better frame of mind. Buying a house (in Nebraska!!) is exciting and scary, I think your feelings are natural. Probably once you know the market better, you'll start feeling calmer.
Heh, maybe I should bring a plate of Nutella crepes to the mortgage guy, and every time I feel stressed I'll just eat a crepe. By the time we have a house, I'll have put on another 100 pounds.
