Baaaaaa *flush*

Every time they turn off the water in our building, and then turn it back on, the toilets in the ladies room start flushing themselves, over and over, a loud torrent of *phwoosh*, until one of the building guys comes by and, I dunno, hits them with a wrench or something.

And so I've been walking around today, muttering under my breath, "Are the toilets still fluuuushing, Clarice?"
