Sears catalog, 1935

My newest find is a very beat-up but still fascinating Sears catalog from 1935. It's interesting to get a different view on that timeperiod than what I've been getting from women's fashion and homemaking magazines. The audience was likely the same, but the presentation is pretty different.

I've put up lots of scans of women's fashion (and this catalogue will continue my reign as Friend of the Crossdresser/Girdle Fetishist over on Flickr) but here's an amusing image of a man in his undies, for variety's sake.
