So not only have I gotten completely sucked into making cards (and have done about 10 Christmas cards with fixin's for about 10 more) but now I'm finally playing around with something I've wanted to try for a while because it looked easy and fun.
Yes, like everybody else in the known universe, I'm making those little cute glass magnets. I have six complete, and another handful of ones that just need magnets attached to finish them. I'll probably make another bunch tonight! They're as addictive as popcorn, because they're very quick and cheap to assemble, and you can do a whacking great load of them in no time at all. Plus, I have a ton of Christies and Sothebys catalogues that are providing me with good images. I'm making the small ones now, but I'll probably branch out into some bigger ones.
Woot!

I use Mod Podge instead of the glues she recommends, I haven't been very precise with my images so if you turn them over and look at the back they're obviously handmade, and I don't bother with backing paper since most of my images are cut out of auction catalogues and are thick enough. But by and large, it's the same process.
