The man from Eire comes a'courting

My mom's Irish beau's plane has landed and in theory he has cleared through customs and has been picked up by my mom. He's here (well, there in Virginia) for 10 days. My sister is radiating nervousness and luckily has a party to go to tonight so she won't have to sit around being awkward and ooged out while they coo at each other. Or whatever it is they do - I have no real idea.

I doubt he brought the pony my sister asked for. Although that could be what took him so long to get through customs...
