Heigh, Ho for the Christmas Tree
Dec. 6th, 2004 10:28 amI bought a little four-foot Fraiser pine the other day, and it's now decorated and attracting the interest of every cat in the house. Thankfully, they show no signs of wanting to climb it, but even my sober Gracie-cat has been spending time sitting underneath the branches, thinking about swatting at the ornaments. The two younger kittens have actually removed ornaments and trucked them into the kitchen, for what reason I do not know. No doubt there is some nefarious kitty plot which involves me slipping on a wooden snowflake and bashing my head against the toaster.
No word from the man whose car now holds my cd wallet. I'm fairly certain I'll never recover it, and it's hard to accept that my own carelessness has cost me all my favorite music.
Nothing much happening at work, aside from three photo requests that I'm working on, and prep for the holiday open house this Wednesday. Our period rooms are decorated and looking lovely.
