Tell me tell me do

I feel like writing up another little art history thingummybob, but have no idea what I want to write it on. Suggestions, anybody? I'll do my best even if it's outside my comfort zone and then you all can tell me what I was wrong about.

How things usually go

I'm sorry to tell you, dear person who just phoned me up, but unless the Met's security has gone remarkably downhill in the past year or so, I don't think that you have the original Rembrandt Aristotle Contemplating the Bust of Homer, no matter how many times you tell me that it's signed! It's signed and dated! Signed!

Either that was one of the most clueless people I've ever spoken to, or I was just the victim of an elaborate sorority hazing stunt. Hard to tell.
