Denise Austin is trying to kill me

I tried to exercise to my Denise Austin Pilates/Yoga dvd last night, that Persia gave me several years ago. I've broken it out occasionally but it's been a long, long time.

Denise Austin wants me dead. I can tell. She's evil, evil, evil.


Also, I have no abdominal strength.
