Help me make up my mind

I'm torn! Which one of these should I do?

Beginning Bead Making
Attention jewelry makers! Why buy beads when you can learn to make them yourself? No experience necessary. using a torch, each student will learn to make beads and decorate them using twisties and stringers.

Kiln-fired Dichroic Glass Jewelry
Make several unique jewelry pieces with stained glass for yourself or to give as gifts! Each student will assemble a 5" x 5" tray of one-of-a-kind pendants and earrings, etc. The average student will complete 8-12 pieces of jewelry. Glass will be kiln fired and ready for pickup within one week of course.

I'm more interested in the second one, I think, but the whole blowtorch aspect of the first one is really tempting. And the fact that I'm not a jewelry maker (just a magpie attracted to bright shiny things) may mean that the second one is more practical.
